At Furniture Removals Newcastle, we are required to exercise due care and diligence and are usually liable for any work that is negligent (pending some exclusions). This means in events such as of a rollover/theft in custody or poor loading, we are responsible.

Furniture Removals Newcastle has necessary insurance policies to protect our staff, you, the customer and your goods. This includes Goods in Transit, Motor Vehicle, Public Liability and Workers Compensation.

We take great pride in our work and reputation.

Subject to some exclusions – (excludes internal electrical workings, contents of boxes packed yourself, pre-existing damages, flat packed furniture, and pot plants) – if we break it, we take responsibility for it.

All claims settled as one and are required to be a full and final settlement in regard to the job.
